摘    要:霍尔辛赫井田内构造发育,地质条件较为复杂,普通钻孔施工精准度不足,随着井田开拓区域往深部延伸,采掘工作面瓦斯含量日益增大,同时掘进工作面采取沿顶掘进,煤层厚度大,单排钻孔抽采半径有限,采用传统的“掘进面+耳状钻场”普通钻孔对巷道煤层抽采效果不佳,造成掘进期间工作面瓦斯浓度高。采用定向钻孔抽采工艺,通过实施顺层定向长钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯治理技术,实现了对煤巷掘进范围煤体的均匀控制,消除了瓦斯不均衡涌出隐患。实践表明,顺层长钻孔抽采技术可以有效解决复杂地质条件下厚煤层掘进工作面的瓦斯治理问题,为煤巷安全掘进提供了保障。

Abstract:The structural development in Huoerxinhe mine field is complicated,and the geological conditions are relatively complicated.The accuracy of ordinary drilling construction is insufficient.As the minefield development area extends deeper,the gas content in the mining face increases day by day.The thickness is large,and the drainage radius of a single row of drill holes is limited.The conventional "head-on + ear drill field" ordinary boreholes have a poor extraction effect on the coal seam of the roadway,resulting in high gas concentration in the working face during the excavation.The directional drilling and extraction technology was specially introduced.Through the implementation of directional long-drilling pre-drainage coal seam gas treatment technology,uniform control of the coal body in the tunneling range of the coal roadway is achieved,and the hidden danger of uneven gas outflow is eliminated.Practice has shown that the long borehole drainage technology can effectively solve the problem of gas control in the mining face of thick coal seams under complex geological conditions,and provides a guarantee for the safe driving of coal roadways.
