| 摘 要： | 目的 了解武汉市大学生吸烟现状,分析影响大学生现在吸烟的因素,为高校控烟工作提供科学依据。方法 采用分层整群抽样方法,抽取武汉市4所高校的3 000名大学二年级学生进行自填式问卷调查。采用χ2检验和Logistic回归对大学生吸烟行为及其现在吸烟影响因素进行分析。结果 2 891名大学生中,27.33%的大学生有尝试吸烟行为,尝试吸烟的平均年龄为（15 ± 4.70）岁。武汉市大学生现在吸烟率为14.08%（407/2 891）。在现在吸烟者中,43.73%（178/407）和24.08%（98/407）的大学生选择在宿舍和卫生间吸烟。Logistic回归分析结果显示：男性（OR=4.48）、专科院校（OR=1.38）、自认健康状态比较差（OR=2.90）、有现在饮酒行为（OR=4.30）、有家人吸烟（OR=3.42）、每月生活费为1 000~1 999和≥2 000元（OR=1.59、2.52）的大学生更容易现在吸烟。结论 武汉市大学生吸烟率较高,为有效降低其吸烟率,高校应根据大学生吸烟行为危险因素的特点,制定针对不同人群的控烟干预措施,开展健康教育宣传,禁止烟草广告活动,鼓励和帮助大学生戒烟,创建校园无烟环境。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand smoking status and analyze influencing factors of current smoking among college students in Wuhan,so as to provide a scientific basis for tobacco control on campus.Methods Using stratified cluster sampling method,3000 sophomores from four universities in Wuhan were selected to conduct a self-administered questionnaire survey.A Chi-square test and Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze smoking behavior and influencing factors of current smoking in college students.Results 27.33%of 2891 college students had attempted smoking behavior,with an average age of(15±4.70)years.The current smoking rate was 14.08%(407/2891)among college students in Wuhan,43.73%(178/407)and 24.08%(98/407)of current smokers chose to smoke in dormitories and toilets.Logistic regression analysis showed that college students who were male(OR=4.48),studying in junior college(OR=1.38),self-confessed to be in poor health(OR=2.90),drinking alcohol(OR=4.30),having smoking family members(OR=3.42),with monthly living expenses of 1000~1999 and 2000 and above(OR=1.59、2.52)were more likely to smoke now.Conclusion The smoking rate of college students in Wuhan is high.In order to effectively reduce the smoking rate,colleges and universities should formulate tobacco control intervention measures for different groups according to the characteristics of college students’smoking behavior,carry out health education and publicity,prohibit tobacco advertising activities,encourage and help college students to quit smoking and create a smoke-free environment on campus. |
