摘    要:针对煤矿乏风瓦斯排放量大,造成环境污染、资源浪费等问题,对煤矿乏风瓦斯收集技术的调研、计算,研制了一套新型煤矿乏风瓦斯收集装置,并进行了工业性试验。该收集装置采用平行移动式结构,包括收集罩、桥架、主动轮、传动轴、收集风管、轨道、伸缩风管、伸缩风管吊架等多个部件。试验结果表明,该套装置达到了10万m3/h设计风量且运行安全可靠,切换顺畅,在满足乏风瓦斯收集品质的要求下,能有效降低对矿井扩散塔主排风机的阻力影响,同时更加经济有效,完全满足乏风瓦斯收集需求。

Abstract:To aim at the problems of environmental pollution and resource waste caused by the mine ventilation air,through the investigation and calculation,a new-type ventilation air methane collection device was developed,and industrial applications were field tested.The collection device used parallel moving structure innovatively,includes collecting cover,bridge frame,driving wheel,transmission shaft,wind pipe,track,telescopic air pipe,pipe hanger and so on.The test results show that the facility has reached 100 thousand cubic metre per hour and operated safely and reliably,switching smoothly,can meet the ventilation air collection quality requirements,and effectively reduce the diffusion resistance of main fan of mine tower,at the same time,it is more efficient,fully meet the requirements of ventilation air methane collection
