房式采空区下中厚煤层开采防治水研究

摘    要:针对房式采空区下中厚煤层开采的水害防治问题,以晋能集团同富新煤业矿井10号煤层开采为工程背景,采用数值模拟的研究方法对煤层开采的覆岩裂隙发育特征及连通性进行了分析。研究表明,煤层开采后裂隙发育至上覆房式采空区,易引发采空区积水下泄。据此,对积水灾害防治进行了设计,具体对采空区积水量、探放水钻孔设计、钻场设置、回采期间的水害防治进行了研究。工程实践表明,探放水系统的应用有效避免了上覆采空区的积水灾害,保证了10号煤层的安全高效开采。

Abstract:Aiming at the water control in medium-thickness coal seam mining under pillar goaf,the development characteristics and connectivity of overburden fractures were analyzed by the method of numerical simulation based on the background of No.10 coal seam in Tongfuxin Coal Mine.The study showed that after the coal seam mining,the crack was development to the overlying gob,which was easy to cause the water drainage.Thus,the paper designed the prevention and control of water accumulation,and the water accumulation,drilling design,drilling field setting and the water prevention during mining were studied.The engineering practice showed that the application of the exploration water system effectively avoids the water disaster in the overlying goaf area and ensures the safe and efficient mining of No.10 coal seam.
