井下气动风门系统的研究与应用

摘    要:为了实现井下风量及风流的有效控制,确保矿井通风系统的稳定、可靠以及矿井的安全生产,以永煤车集煤矿南翼延伸轨道大巷为研究对象,研究设计了司控气动风门开启装置。该设备由2组主控装置、供风管路及2个气缸组成,实现风门的自动开启、关闭;每组主控装置各控制一道风门及风门前后的2道,且2组主控装置能够实现风动闭锁。研究改善了永久风门的开启方式,全面提高了矿井机械化和自动化的程度,减少了人工开启风门造成的伤害事故,降低了人工开启风门的劳动强度,提高了矿井的安全管理水平。

Abstract:In order to control underground air volume and airflow effectively,ensure the stability and reliability of mine ventilation system and mine safety production,taking the extension track and roadways in the south wing of Juji Coal Mine as the research object,the pneumatic pneumatic valve opening device was studied and designed.The device is made up of two main control devices,air supply pipelines and two cylinders.It realizes automatic opening and closing of the throttle.The devices control two air channels and two air channels before and after the air diffuser,and the two sets of main control devices can realize the air-operated locking.The study improves the way of opening the permanent air-way,improves the degree of mechanization and automation of the mine and reduces the man-injury accidents,reducing the manual opening of the door labor intensity and improve the level of mine safety management.
