摘    要:针对云南某难选碳酸锰矿,进行了多元素分析、XRD表征和锰物相分析,确立了反浮选的选矿方法.为了优化浮选条件,通过正交试验及响应曲面法设计试验进行模拟,结果表明:通过响应曲面法优化碳酸锰矿反浮选得出的最优的条件为:十八胺用量474.78 g/t、淀粉用量为131.33 g/t、pH值=9,在该条件下,可获得的锰精矿回收率为80.1648%、品位为20.059%,并通过浮选试验进行验证,验证结果同响应曲面法预测结果基本吻合.通过选取优化后的条件进行浮选试验,浮选锰精矿回收率79.96%、精矿品位为20.07%,得到了较好的浮选指标,与响应曲面法预测结果较接近,取得了较合理的试验结果.

Abstract:About refractory low-grade manganese carbonate ore for Yunnan, by elemental analysis, XRD characterization and manganese content phase analysis, the method of the reverse flotation of the ore dressing has been established.In order to achieve the optimization of flotation conditions, orthogonal test and the response surface method(RSM) were used to design the experiment simulated.The results showed that there is no significant difference with the model test results.Additionally, orthogonal test and the RSM were adopted for the optimization of Manganese carbonate reverse flotation with a high reliability and design reasonable.The optimized conditions was selected for the test of flotation.A better flotation index was obtained with 20.059% grade and 80.1648% recovery of Manganese ore concentrate, which was close to the predicting results of response surface methodology, accordingly, a reasonable results was achieved.The optimum conditions was 474.78 g/t of octadecylamine dosage, 131.33 g/t of starch dosage, pH=9 by optimizing sulfide flotation of Manganese ore concentrate by RSM.Based on above conditions, it is possible to obtain the 79.96% recovery and 20.07%grade of Manganese ore concentrate.flotation tests was employed to demonstrate the predicting results of RSM, and tests results matched well with the model prediction results.
