| 摘 要： | 地理信息系统是一门集测绘与遥感技术、信息处理技术、管理和统计等现代技术综合的新兴学科。建筑工程施工阶段受自然、社会因素的影响，易产生损失甚至失控的现象，随着“数字化”时代的来临，数字化施工管理成为一种新的管理途径。文章从数字化施工管理的概念出发，基于地理信息系统建立可视的工程项目施工管理系统。该系统以三维模拟、数据采集与查询、人机交互、施工管理为核心，可直观表达施工过程，加强施工管理与控制。

| Abstract: | Geographic Information System (GIS) is a new branch of science technology integrating with mapping and remote，information processing，management and statistics. The construction phase is affected by natural and social factors，which is easy to result in a loss phenomenon. With the coming of digital era，digital project construction management provides a new approach on engineering management. This paper introduced the concept of digital project construction management，established a visible management system based on GIS. The core modules are 3D simulation，data collection and queries，human-computer interaction，and construction management. The system illustrates the construction process which can strengthen the construction management and control. |
