| 摘 要： | 摘要:目的 了解青少年健康素养现状，为有针对性地开展青少年健康素养干预提供参考依据。方法 采用分层整群抽样的方法，抽取吉林省延吉市的中小学生1368名学生，通过问卷进行健康素养现状调查。结果 青少年具备健康素养的比例为18.2%，基本知识和理念得分为（12.50±4.14）分，健康生活方式与行为得分为（21.02±6.82）分，基本技能得分为（12.99±4.34）分，健康素养总得分为（46.51±15.26）分。结论 延边地区中小学生健康素养整体水平较低，学校及家庭应当通过积极有效的方式对中小学生健康给予相应指导，从而提高其健康素养水平。

| Abstract: | Abstract: Objective The aim of this study was to analyze the main factors affecting adolescents' health literacy, and work on students' health literacy intervention targeted to provide the reference basis. Methods Using multi-stage stratified random sampling, 629 students were investigated with the questionnaire of health literacy. Multiple linear regression was used to evaluate the health literacy status and analyze its influencing factors. Results Adolescents' overall health literacy rate was 18.2%, the basic knowledge and concept score was 12.50±4.14, healthy lifestyle and behavior score was 21.02±6.82, basic skills score was 12.99±4.34, adolescents' health literacy average score was 46.51±15.26. Conclusion The overall level of students health literacy was at low level in Yanji. Schools, parents and the community should take various measures to improve students' health Literacy. |
