| 摘 要： | 通过分析某市新冠肺炎救治管理中的困难和挑战，探讨建立整建制接管定点医院新冠肺炎救治管理模式。认为应从建立组织架构着手，规范工作流程、理顺沟通机制，在此基础上，加强同质化管理和精准救治，全方位构筑院感防控网络，开展常态化应急能力训练等。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the difficulties and challenges in COVID-19 treatment and management in a city, this paper explored the establishment of COVID-19 treatment and management mode in designated hospitals under the takeover of the integrated system. The author believed that we should start with the establishment of organizational structure, standardize the work flow, straighten out the communication mechanism, strengthen the homogeneous management and precise treatment, build a comprehensive hospital-oriented prevention and control network, and carry out regular emergency response ability training. |
