摘    要:2.5~8.0 mm 304奥氏体不锈钢(/%: ≤0.08C,18.00~20.00Cr,8.00~10.50Ni)热轧材的生产工艺为70 t电弧炉-70 t底吹GOR转炉-LF-板坯连铸-热连轧-固溶处理-酸洗。通过对热轧带材酸洗后表面亮斑的粗糙度、夹杂物、组织的分析和检验以及现场层流冷却水质对带材亮斑形成影响的试验,确定层流冷却水的油污及悬浮物沉积在钢带表面经固溶处理和酸洗后形成表面亮斑缺陷。通过严格控制层流冷却水的质量,加强层流冷却相关设备检修过程的管理,保证层流冷却水油度低于0.5 mg/L,悬浮物低于7 mg/L,有效地避免304不锈钢带亮斑缺陷的产生,显著提升产品的质量。

Abstract:The production process for 2,5 ~8. 0 mm strip of 304 austenite stainless steel (/%: ≤0. 08C, 18. 00 ~ 20.00Cr, 8. 00 ~ 10.50Ni) is 70 t EAF-70 t bottom blowing GOR converter-LF-slab casting-hot continuous rolling-solid solution treatment-pickling. Based on analysis and examination on bright spots of hot rolled and pickling strip including roughness, inclusions and structure, and test of effect of laminar cooling water quality in situ on strip bright spots formation, it is defined that the contaminated oil and suspending particles in laminar flow cooling water deposit on surface of strip, after solid-solution treatment and pickling the bright spots form on surface of strip. With strict controlling the laminar cooling water quality and strengthening the management of relative laminar flow cooling equipment during facility maintenance, as oil contamination of cooling water is less than 0.5 mg/L and suspending particles is less than 7 mg/L, it is available to avoid the formation of bright spot defect of 304 stainless steel strip and obviously enhance the quality of products.
