玄武岩纤维增强混凝土力学性能试验研究

摘    要:玄武岩纤维是玄武岩经高温拔丝生产的新型建筑材料,将玄武岩纤维应用到公路工程中可提升结构强度。通过将3种不同长度的玄武岩纤维(12,18,24 mm)以不同掺量(0.1%,0.2%,0.3%)加入到混凝土中进行力学性能研究,结合抗压强度、劈裂强度、弯曲抗拉强度、轴心抗压强度对混凝土性能进行分析,结果表明:纤维长度为18 mm,纤维掺量为0.1%时可保持混凝土强度处于较高水平。

Experimental Study on Mechanical Properties of Basalt Fiber Reinforced Concrete
Abstract:Basalt fiber is a new building material produced by high-temperature wire drawing of basalt. The application of basalt fiber to construction engineering can enhance the structural strength. In this paper, three different lengths of basalt fiber (12, 18, 24 mm) were added to concrete in three different amount (0.1%, 0.2%,0.3%) for the study of mechanical properties, combined with compressive strength, splitting strength, bending tensile strength and axial compressive strength which were used to analyze the performance of concrete. The results show that the fiber length is 18 mm and the fiber content is 0.1%, which can keep the concrete strength at a high level.
