| 摘 要： | 目的 了解我国老年人成功老龄化的现状，并探究不同性别老年人成功老龄化及其组成部分与死亡的关系。方法 数据来源为2010—2016年中国健康与养老全国追踪调查（China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study，CHARLS）数据。采用χ2检验比较不同性别老年人成功老龄化之间的差异；利用Cox比例风险回归模型探讨不同性别老年人成功老龄化与死亡的关系及其差异。结果 无论成功老龄化率和死亡率，女性均高于男性；就女性而言，与成功老龄化人群相比，未成功老龄化人群死亡风险是其2.702倍，低认知功能人群其死亡风险更高；无论男女，患慢性病、功能损失的人群其死亡风险更高。结论 不同性别老年人成功老龄化及其组成部分与死亡关系存在显著差异；相比男性，女性成功老龄化与死亡的关系更加显著；为促进健康老龄化，女性应不断注重心理健康，无论男女，生理健康的改善，有利于降低死亡风险。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the status quo of successful aging of elderly in China and explore the relationship between successful aging and death among the elderly of different genders. Methods Data from 2011 to 2016 were retrieved from the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study(CHARLS). Chi-square test was used to compare the differences of successful aging, and COX proportional risk regression model was used to investigate the relationship between successful aging and death of the elderly of different genders. Results Females had higher rates of successful aging and mortality than males. For females, the risk of death was 2.702 times higher in those who did not age successfully compared with those who aged successfully, and the risk of death was higher in those with low cognitive function. The risk of death was higher in those with chronic diseases and functional loss in both males and females. Conclusion There are significant differences in the relationship between successful aging and death among elder adults of different genders. The relationship between successful aging and death is more notable in females than in males. To promote healthy aging, females should pay attention to mental health. Regardless of gender, improvement of physical health is beneficial to reduce the risk of death. |
