| 摘 要： | 目的 分析广州市新型冠状病毒肺炎（新冠肺炎）病例主动筛查方案的成本效果，为现阶段疫情高发国家入境人员筛查方案的选择提供科学依据。方法 收集广州市新冠肺炎病例主动筛查资料，分析不同筛查方案的筛查效果和成本效果。结果 截至2020年3月8日，广州市通过集中或居家医学观察、医疗机构筛查、密切接触者管理、交通工具排查发现194例病例，占全部病例的55.91%；5种方案的筛查率差异有统计学意义（P<0.001），其中密切接触者管理筛查率最高，为250.90/万。与疫情下降期和疫情稳定期相比，病例主动筛查方案在疫情增长期具有最优的成本效果。与集中和居家医学观察相比，医疗机构筛查、密切接触者管理、交通工具排查具有相对较优的成本效果。结论 不同的主动筛查方案具有不同的筛查效果和成本效果。目前全球出现疫情暴发，在入境人员有一定感染比例的背景下，应尽可能通过各种途径进行主动筛查。定期进行疫情风险评估，及时调整策略，避免浪费不必要的资源。

| Abstract: | ?o analyze cost-effectiveness of COVID-19 active screening strategies in Guangzhou City, and to provide scientific basis for the selection of the strategies for incoming passengers. Methods The epidemic data was collected, and the cost data of different COVID-19 active screening strategies was conducted to analyze cost effectiveness. Results 194 cases were found in Guangzhou City through centralized or home-based medical observation, screening of medical institutions, management of close contacts and screening of vehicles, accounting for 55.91% of the total cases. There was significant difference in the screening rate of different active screening strategies (P<0.001). Management of close contacts had the highest screening rate, which was 250.90/10000. Compared with the declining epidemic period and the stable epidemic period, the active case screening strategies had the best cost-effectiveness of COVID-19 screening in the increasing epidemic period. Compared with centralized and home-based medical observation, screening of medical institutions, management of close contacts and screening of vehicles had better cost-effectiveness of COVID-19 screening. Conclusion The active screening strategies have different cost-effectiveness. The outbreaks of COVID-19 have spread quickly in many countries around the world. Active screening strategies for incoming passengers should be carried out. The risk assessment of global COVID-19 epidemiological trends should be carried out regularly, and the strategies should be adjusted in time to avoid wasting unnecessary human and material resources. |
