| 摘 要： | 在我国 PPP 市场中，无论从项目规模还是项目数量上分析，工程承包商在社会资本方中都占据主导地位。法国万喜是全球知名的工程承包商与特许经营商，分析其 PPP 业务运作的成功经验对我国工程承包企业具有指导意义。对万喜 PPP业务的行业、区域市场、进入模式以及财务数据进行分析，通过对比得出我国承包商在 PPP 业务运作中存在的劣势，阐述了法国万喜 PPP 业务的成功经验对我国承包商的启示，为我国承包商发展特许经营业务提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | In China’s PPP market，the contractors play a dominant role in social capital no matter from the analysis of project scaleor project quantity. VINCI is world-renowned enterprise for contracting and concessions. The analysis of its successful experience inPPP business operation is of guiding significance to Chinese contractors. Firstly，this paper analyzes the industry，regional market，entry modes，and financial data of VINCI PPP business. Then, by comparing the disadvantages of Chinese contractors in PPPbusiness operation，the enlightenment of successful experience of VINCI PPP business to Chinese contractors is elaborated. Theresults provide references for developing the PPP business for Chinese contractors. |
