| Abstract: | Based on some research in the leadership and the "five abilities model structure of leadership",combining with the census data of the scientific and technological leaders from the scientific and technological circle,the research discussion on key elements of the scientific and technological leadership is carried out,and the key composition elements of the leadership in scientific and technological fields are proposed. |
