高起爆能力的新结构传爆药柱研究

摘要: 在分析炸药冲击起爆理论的基础上,研究了凹球形和半球形传爆药柱装药结构。利用主装药变组分实验方法对新结构传爆药柱与常规圆柱形传爆药柱的起爆威力进行了对比实验。研究表明,新结构传爆药柱较常规圆柱形传爆药柱的起爆威力明显提高。研究结果对于解决钝感主装药的可靠起爆问题具有现实意义。

Abstract: Based on an analysis of the shock initiation theory of explosives,the concave spherical and the semispherical structure of booster pellets are studied. Contrastive experiments between the initiation capaci?ty of the new structure and that of the conventional cylindrical structure were made using varied- composi- tion method. Experimental results showed clearly that the initiation capacity of the new structure was High?er than that of the conventional. Research results are of significance in the initiation oi insensitive main- charges.
