    摘要:

    混凝土拱桥刚度大、跨越能力强、日温差变形小,是最能满足高铁使用要求的一种桥型,当拱桥跨径超过200米,从经济和安全考虑,劲性骨架混凝土拱桥是首选结构。近十年来,在山区高铁线路上,我国已经建设了6座跨径超300 米的山区劲性骨架混凝土拱桥,高铁对特大跨径混凝土拱桥有着强烈需求。但将大体积量外包混凝土成功地浇筑到劲性骨架上依旧是施工中的难题。本文在调查大量此类桥型基础上,总结出在浇筑外包混凝土时的几种调载方法,并列举出实际桥例证明其调载效果,得出不同调载方法的优劣及使用范围,及对大跨径钢管混凝土劲性骨架拱桥外包混凝土浇筑的展望。

    Abstract:

    The concrete arch bridge has the advantages of high rigidity, strong spanning ability and small deformation of daily temperature difference. It is the kind of bridge type that can meet the requirements of high-speed rail. When the span of the arch bridge exceeds 200 meters, the stiff skeleton concrete arch bridge is the preferred structure for economic and safety reasons. In the past ten years, in the mountainous high-speed railway line, China has built six mountainous stiff concrete arch bridges with a span of 300 meters. The high-speed rail has a strong demand for extra-large span concrete arch bridges. However, the successful pouring of large-volume outsourcing concrete onto the stiff skeleton is still a difficult problem in construction. Based on the investigation of a large number of such bridge types, this paper summarizes several methods of loading and unloading concrete when pouring concrete, and enumerates the actual bridge examples to illustrate its load-carrying effect, and obtains the advantages and disadvantages of different methods of loading and the scope of use. And the outsourcing concrete pouring for long-span steel tube concrete skeleton arch bridge.is prospected.
