中厚板控制冷却系统的水流量控制技术

Water flow control technique for cooling system in medium plate rolling process

摘要: 针对中厚板控冷系统冷却水流量控制问题,开发了一种新型的流量控制技术.通过对各个电磁调节阀开口度和相应管道流量实测值采样,分析并计算出流量设定-开口度设定曲线;根据曲线计算出控制器的基本输出量,再根据流量计反馈与流量设定值的偏差用PID控制器进行闭环控制,使得冷却水流量的控制精度得到了提高.这种控制技术在实际生产中取得了很好的效果.

Abstract: With the measured values of openings of all solenoid regulating values and relevant conduit flows sampled, calculated and analyzed, a curve of setting values of water flowrate in relation to the opening value is given. Then, based on the curve, the primary water output from flow controller is worked out and a closed-loop control is provided by PID controller to modify the deviation of flowmeter feedback from the setting value of water flowrate. Thus, the control accuracy of cooling water flowrate can be improved. The results show that such a flow control technique is successful in actual rolling process.
