摘要: :以AutoCAD为开发平台,以阿基米德蜗杆(ZA)为研究对象,利用AutoCAD所提供的绘图命令绘制出蜗杆毛坯和刀具实体,用坐标的平移、旋转和布尔运算命令模仿机床上工件和刀具之间的范成切削运动来创建蜗杆实体。并以Autolisp为开发工具,进行蜗杆的三维参数化造型程序设计。用户只需加载wlwg程序,输入模数、蜗杆头数等相关参数,便可自动快速地生成蜗杆三维实体模型,操作简单快捷,造型精度较高,大大缩短了产品的设计绘图周期,提高了设计效率。

Abstract: AutoCAD is used as development environment to model Archimedes worm (ZA). Worm blank and cutter models are drawn with the drawing commands provided by AutoCAD. Worm is generated through simulation of the worm generation in machining using the commands including move, rotate and subtract. Program design of 3D parameterized modeling is developed with Autolisp language. The 3D model of Archimedes worm can be automatically generated with load of wlwg.isp program and input of the number of modulus and teeth and other parameters from users. The operation is simple and the design efficiency is improved greatly.
