| 摘 要 目的: 建立高效液相色谱法同时测定复方紫灵胶囊中补骨脂素、异补骨脂素、大黄素和丹参酮ⅡA的含量。方法: 采用汉邦Phecda C18色谱柱（250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm），流动相为0.1%甲酸-乙腈（40∶60），检测波长246 nm，流速为1.0 ml·min-1，柱温；30℃,进样量:20 μl。结果:补骨脂素在5～80 mg·L-1范围内有良好线性关系（r=0.999 3），平均加样回收率为98.73%（RSD=2.22%）；异补骨脂素在5～80 mg·L-1范围内有良好线性关系（r=0.999 2），平均加样回收率为99.94%（RSD=2.59%）；大黄素在5～80 mg·L-1范围内有良好线性关系（r=0.999 7），平均加样回收率为100.63%（RSD=1.48%）；丹参酮ⅡA在10～200 mg·L-1范围内有良好线性关系（r=0.999 9），平均加样回收率为99.18%（RSD=1.03%）。结论:本方法测定复方紫灵胶囊中补骨脂素、异补骨脂素、大黄素和丹参酮ⅡA的含量，方法简便、准确，结果稳定，可为复方紫灵胶囊的质量评价提供科学依据。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of psoralen, isopsoralen, emodin and tanshinoneⅡA in compound Ziling capsules. Method:The separation was performed on a Hanbang Phecda C18（250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm）column with 0.1% formic acetonitrile (40∶60) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min-1, and the UV detection wavelength was at 246nm. Result:The calibration curves for psoralen，isopsoralen and emodin were linear within the range of 5 80 mg·L-1 with r of 0.999 3,0.999 2 and 0.999 7, respectively. The average recovery of psoralen，isopsoralen and emodin was (98.73±2.22)%, (99.94±2.59)% and (100.63±1.48)%, respectively. The calibration curve for tanshinoneⅡA was linear within the range of 10 200 mg·L-1(r=0.999 9). The average recovery of tanshinoneⅡA was (99.18±1.03)%. Conclusion:The method is sensitive, accurate and reliable in the quality control of compound Ziling capsules. |
