中文摘要: 本文在实验室条件下对国内东北某油田的老化含油污泥展开了溶剂提取法实验研究。使用到的提取剂为一种主要成分为芳香烃的有机调和液,油泥活化剂为一种主要成分为聚氧乙烯醚的表面活性剂。在最佳实验条件下,经溶剂提取法处理后的含油污泥,尾矿含油率可降低到0.23%,达到了“GB4284-84”规定的复垦标准(含油量需小于0.3%),并且所得原油含水率低于0.5%,能够满足国内炼厂的加工要求。
Abstract:The deoiling treatment of aged oil sludge in one oilfield of northeast of China by solvent extraction with activating agent was studied under commom laboratory conditions. The solvent mainly consisted of aromatic hydrocarbon, and the activating agent mainly consisted of polyoxyethylene ether.The residual oil rate of tailings was 0.23% under the optimum extracting condition,which perfectly met the control standards for pollutants in sludges from agricultural use ( GB4284-1984).While,the water content of recovered oil was 0.3% and reached the processing requirements of domestic refinery.
