基于边界暂态能量的多端柔性直流输电线路保护

摘要:

直流线路保护是多端柔性直流输电技术发展的关键,直流限流电抗器提供的边界条件为故障保护算法的设计提供便利。文中将限流电抗器的压降特性和相邻线路的分流特性相结合,提出一种基于边界暂态能量的多端柔性直流线路的保护方案。保护方案利用线路两端边界的暂态能量比的差异性识别区内外故障,并利用正负极的暂态能量比来进行故障选极。保护方案实现简单,双端数据无须同步且动作时间短。仿真结果表明,该方案在不同的故障场景下均能可靠进行故障识别和故障选极,耐受过渡电阻能力强,具有较强的抗噪声能力。

Protection for Multi-terminal Flexible DC Transmission Lines Based on Boundary Transient Energy

Abstract:

DC line protection is the key to the development of multi-terminal flexible DC transmission technology. The boundary conditions provided by DC current limiting reactors facilitate the design of fault protection algorithms. Combining the voltage drop characteristics of the current limiting reactor with the shunt characteristics of adjacent lines, a protection scheme for multi-terminal flexible DC lines based on boundary transient energy is proposed. The protection scheme uses the difference of the transient energy ratio between the two ends of the line to identify internal and external faults, and uses the transient energy ratio of positive and negative poles to select the fault poles. The implementation of the protection scheme is simple, the data of the two terminals does not need to be synchronized, and the operation time is short. The simulation results show that the scheme can reliably identify faults and select fault poles in different fault scenarios, and has strong endurance to transition resistance and strong anti-noise ability.
