Abstract：Based on the principle of optical lever amplification and a new type ofYoung's modulus measuring device， the micro-deformation of tinsel under force was measured，combined with theYoung's modulus formula，the Young's modulus of tinsel was calculated. The experimental results showed that the measured value ofYoung's modulus was in goodagreementwiththetheoreticalvalue.
