中文摘要: 将镁还原渣加石英砂焙烧后,用盐酸酸浸并将酸浸渣加助剂焙烧,以提高易于植物吸收的有效硅含量。结果表明,镁渣加入石英砂焙烧后采用4 mol/L盐酸浸出,可使其中的氧化镁、氧化钙、氧化铁溶解进入溶液;酸浸渣焙烧后主要组成为二氧化硅,酸浸渣中加入助剂KOH于200 ℃焙烧6 h后,有效硅含量可达25.62%,比原始镁渣提高了488.97%。
Abstract:Magnesium reduction slag was roasted with quartz sand and leached by hydrochloric acid and acid leaching residues were roasted with additives to improve effective silicon content for plant absorption. The results show that MgO, CaO, and Fe2O3 in magnesium reduction slag are dissolved into solution after roasted with quartz sand and leached by 4 mol/L hydrochloric acid. The main component of acid leaching residues is silicon dioxide after roasting. The effective silicon content is improved from 4.35% of initial magnesium reduction slag to 25.62% after acid leaching residues are roasted with additives of KOH at 200 ℃ for 6 h.
