      高光谱成像(hyperspectral imaging, HSI)技术是目前用于农产品品质无损评估的最有前途的技术之一。现代社会要求检测技术可以做到对农产品的病害严重程度有可靠准确的评估, 高光谱成像技术作为一种非破坏性的检测技术, 可用于农产品的无损检测, 结合适当的光谱预处理使其更加全面。本文对高光谱成像原理、设备以及图像的优势进行了概述, 介绍了近十年高光谱成像技术在农产品无损检测以及农药残留检测中的应用实例和局限性, 并对研究人员的研究进行纵向比较, 最后对高光谱成像技术的相关问题以及前景展开讨论, 以期为早期检测农产品疾病、增加农产品产量以及降低农产品种植成本提供依据。
英文摘要:
      Hyperspectral imaging (HSI) is one of the most promising techniques for nondestructive evaluation of agricultural products. Modern society requires that the detection technology can achieve a reliable and accurate assessment of the severity of agricultural diseases. As a non-destructive detection technology, hyperspectral imaging technology can be used in the non-destructive detection of agricultural products, combined with appropriate spectral pretreatment to make it more comprehensive. This paper summarized the principle, equipment and image advantages of hyperspectral imaging, introduced the application examples and limitations of hyperspectral imaging technology in nondestructive testing of agricultural products and pesticide residues detection in recent ten years, and made a longitudinal comparison of researchers' research. Finally, this article discussed the related problems and prospects of hyperspectral imaging technology, in order to provide the basis for early detection of agricultural diseases, increase the yield of agricultural products and reduce the planting cost of agricultural products.
